We identified age, congestive heart failure, obesity, COPD, prior stroke, and increased concentration of urea (> 7.01 mmol/L), LDH (> 452.5 U/L), CRP (> 92.68 mg/L), IL-6 (> 69.55, ng/L), troponin I (> 18.95 ng/L), ALT to AST ratio (> 1.49) to be predictors for in-hospital mortality of COVID-19 patients. Here, CRP is linked to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
