Based on the positive VISION trial (additive 177Lu-PSMA-617 therapy significantly prolonged progression-free survival and overall survival with preserved quality of life) and the approval of the first targeted radioligand therapy for the treatment of progressive PSMA-positive metastatic castration-resistant PC by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Commission (EC) last year, PSMA therapy and, consequently, diagnostic PET/CT will be increasingly offered in more centers in the near future [6].
