Then the relationship between SPEN expression and the levels of immune checkpoint gene expression (Supplementary Fig. 3C; P < 0.05) indicated that these immune checkpoints are remarkably associated with SPEN expression levels, especially in BLCA, GBM, KIRC, PAAD, PRAD, LUSC, SKCM, and THCA.
