CD8A and Sepsis: The results of circulating immune cell infiltration showed the higher proportions of B cells memory, plasma cells, T cells gamma delta, monocytes and mast cell activated in sepsis group, while with lower proportions of B cells naive, CD8+ T cells, naive CD4+ T cells, memory activated CD4+ T cells, memory resting CD4+ T cells, NK cells resting, macrophages M0, macrophages M2 and neutrophils, indicating these cells may be related to the progression and occurrence of sepsis.
