AFP and Thrombocytopenia: In univariate analysis of patients with low TBS (n = 319, Table 3), older age, positive anti-HCV, lower serum albumin level, higher bilirubin level, higher creatinine level, thrombocytopenia, higher INR of PT, AFP > 200 ng/mL, performance status 2–4, ALBI grade 2–3, vascular invasion and TACE, were associated with decreased long-term survival.
