The results of the disproportionality test, calculated as the odds ratio obtained by comparing each IL‐23 inhibitor with the other two drugs belonging to the same class, suggest that when they are prescribed in patients with psoriasis, the risk for suspected oncologic adverse reactions is >1 for the drugs risankizumab (ROR = 1.81) and tildrakizumab (ROR = 1.66), whereas data on guselkumab do not confirm this view. Here, IL23A is linked to psoriasis.
