To investigate the possible function of the SLC31A1 gene in influencing the infiltration status of different immune cells in glioma, we analyzed data from the TIMER and GEPIA databases to uncover the link between the SLC31A1 gene and different immune cell infiltration, including DCs, NK cells, M1/M2 macrophages, T cells (general), neutrophils, tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), B cells, monocytes, and CD8 + T cells, in glioma. This evidence concerns the gene SLC31A1 and central nervous system cancer.
