The results demonstrated that the ACSL1 expression exhibited a notable correlation with the expression of m6A writers (ZC3H13, WTAP, VIRMA, RBM15, METTL3, and METTL14), m6A readers (YTHDF1, YTHDF2, YTHDF3, YTHDC1, YTHDC2, RBMX, HNRNPC, and HNRNPA2B1), and m6A erasers (FTO and ALKBH5) (Fig. 4A, P < 0.05) in TCGA ccRCC data sets. This evidence concerns the gene ACSL1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
