We found no statistically significant differences between the lean IBD group with MASLD and the lean non-IBD group with MASLD in relation to anthropometric measures: BMI (22.8 ± 1.9 kg/m2 vs 23.6 ± 1.4 kg/m2; P = .259), body fat percentage (26.6 ± 6.9% vs 29.8 ± 6.0%; P = .217), and waist-to-hip ratio (0.90 ± 0.07 vs 0.89 ± 0.09; P = .719) In addition, no differences were observed in lipid profile or insulin resistance (Supplementary Table 5).
