Figure 6A suggests that KIAA1429 is predicted to be a positive regulator for the WNT-β catenin pathway, P53 signaling, hedgehog signaling, TGF-β signaling, and cell growth-related pathways in ACC, KIRP, LGG, LIHC, MESO, SKCM, while in PRAD and THCA, KIAA1429 could be a negative regulator for TGF-β, IL2-STAT5, TNF-α, PI3K-AKT-mTOR, IL6-JAK-STAT3, and KRAS signaling. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and adrenal cortex carcinoma.
