In addition to the Fab and full-length IgG1 mouse antibody DC25 described in Section 3.1, we also expressed the Fab of mouse antibody DC11 specific to a conformation of tau protein found in the Alzheimer’s disease pathology [36,37], as well as the Fab and full-length IgG2b mouse antibody MN423, recognizing a conformational epitope in the core of Alzheimer’s disease tau filaments [38]. This evidence concerns the gene MAPT and Alzheimer disease.
