Considering that more than 60% of resectable BRAF V600E mutant colorectal liver metastases are metachronous within 1 year after the resection of primary CRC for which patients have mostly received adjuvant oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy [16], the BEACON regimen is considered the optimal regimen of choice for perioperative use.
