We then repeated a series of biochemical and cellular experiments in two NFIBhigh breast cancer cell lines, ZR-75-1 and BT-474, to validate the interactions between NFIB and pre-RC (Fig. 8b), NFIB-dependent chromatin loading of pre-RC (Supplementary Fig. 5a), and NFIB-associated cell cycle arrestment (Fig. 8c). Here, NFIB is linked to breast cancer.
