High expression of LAMP2 has been reported to promote tumor development in multiple human cancers, including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma.[38–41] Our data from GEPIA2 database showed that LAMP2 were found significantly overexpressed in LGG, and high LAMP2 expression was significantly associated with poor overall survival in LGG patients. The gene discussed is LAMP2; the disease is esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
