Furthermore, our results showed that iNOS, a key mediator of inflammation and immune response increased (p < 0.05, Figure 2E), while Arg1 decreased (p < 0.01, Figure 2F) in AD model mice than in WT mice (Figure 2B,C), and the ratio of iNOS/Arg1 (for M1/M2) increased considerably in AD (p < 0.01, Figure 2G).
