Overall, the DAPA-CKD trial included patients with an eGFR of 25–75 mL/min/1.73 m2 and urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio of 200–5,000 compared to an eGFR of 20–45 mL/min/1.73 m2 and urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio of at least 200 for the EMPA-KIDNEY trial (Table 1).
