Since a significantly high level of IL17RA expression and a significantly low level of hsa-miR-128-3p were found in osteoporotic patients, the interactions predicted by the above database (Figure 6F) further led us to hypothesize that NEAT1 and SNHG1 bind to hsa-miR-128-3p, and impair the inhibitory effect of hsa-miR-128-3p on IL17RA in osteoporosis (Figure 6G). This evidence concerns the gene IL17RA and osteoporosis.
