In conclusion, the expression of POLR2J3 and MYH11 genes is related to the prognosis of patients with laryngeal cancer, and they are involved in the process of the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of LSCC, which may become important molecular markers and new therapeutic targets for the occurrence and prognosis of LSCC. Here, POLR2J3 is linked to laryngeal carcinoma.
