ANXA3 and prostate carcinoma: Annexin A3 (ANXA3) belongs to the Annexin superfamily18 and participates in membrane transport, ion transport, cytoskeletal interaction, cell–cell signaling, inflammatory response, endothelial cell migration, adipocyte differentiation, and angiogenesis, and is closely connected to tumorigenesis.19 Past research has confirmed the abundant expression of ANXA3 in prostate cancer, lung cancer, and liver cancer,20–22 offering theoretical guides for tumor diagnosis and treatment.
