This study provides new information about the interactions of the AhR–Nrf2 battery via Jdp2 in normal MEFs and pancreatic cancer cell lines with mutations of Trp53 and Kras. Use of small molecules for screening of AhR–Jdp2–Nrf2 interactions is one possible approach for controlling body homeostasis in response to both external and internal stressors. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and pancreatic neoplasm.
