Furthermore, we comparatively assess the effects of NP-G2-044 monotherapy, anti-VEGF monotherapy, and anti-VEGF/NP-G2-044 combined therapy on choroidal neovascularization, suggesting that the combination of anti-VEGF and NP-G2-044 treatment not only increases the efficacy of anti-VEGF therapy but also effectively overcomes anti-VEGF resistance. This evidence concerns the gene VEGFA and choroidal neovascularization.
