TRIM26 and osteosarcoma: Several in vitro functional rescue experiments were performed in TRIM26-upregulated or TRIM26-silenced osteosarcoma cells after overexpressing or silencing RACK1, and the results showed that the decreased malignant behaviors including cell proliferation and invasion in TRIM26-upregulated cells were reversed when RACK1 was overexpressed, whereas RACK1 knockdown diminished the increased malignant phenotypes in TRIM26-silenced osteosarcoma cells (Supplementary Fig. 5A–F).
