In addition, we confirmed these results by flow cytometry using mCherry-tagged H37Rv or M. smegmatis, where we observed similar and significantly increased percent infection along with their respective mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) shifts for H37Rv or M. smegmatis in NCoR1 KD mo-MΦ (Figs 2D, 2E, and S2C–S2F).
