Interestingly, PTBP1 overexpression abolished the effect of circYIPF6 silencing on the proliferation (P < 0.01, Figure 6b–e), apoptosis (P < 0.001, Figure 6f), and glycolysis (P < 0.01, Figure 6g and h) of glioma cells. This evidence concerns the gene PTBP1 and central nervous system cancer.
