PTEN and neoplasm: Loss of PTEN can cause the dysregulation of numerous pathways, including AKT and FAK‐Rac (Tamura et al, 1998; Maehama & Dixon, 1999), both involved in tumor migration via Snai‐mediated regulation of E‐cadherin (Sun et al, 2021) and Fak‐Rac regulation of lamellipodin and cell migration, respectively.
