GO analysis revealed that at 6 h post infection, changes in MF of transferase activity (mainly glutathione transferase) and BPs of nitrobenzene metabolic process and cellular detoxification of nitrogen compound were markedly triggered, primarily caused by high expression of Gstm1, Gstm2, Gstm4, Gstm5 and Gstm7 proteins (Fig. 5a, b and e).
