GAPDH and urinary bladder cancer: As shown in Fig. 7E, biotin-JorA was able to interact with FASN and TOP1 (as a control, GAPDH could not bind with biotin-JorA), which is consistent with what is shown in Fig. 6D. From the clinical data, the expression level of FASN in bladder tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (Fig. 7F), and in patients with bladder cancer, the survival rate of the high expression group of FASN was significantly lower than that of the low expression group (Fig. 7G).
