By analyzing the survival rate of EGFR in patients with bladder cancer through an online clinical database (http://gepia.cancer-pku.cn/), it was found that the survival rate of the high EGFR expression group was significantly lower than that of the low EGFR expression group, suggesting that high EGFR expression may be a sign of malignant transformation of bladder tumors. This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and urinary bladder carcinoma.
