In a logistic regression model, outcome = stage 0/I BC, adjusted for age < 65/65+, race white/non-white and hormone receptor status present/absent, the odds of stage 0/I breast cancer diagnosis decreased 24% in the peak-pandemic time compared to pre-pandemic time [peak-pandemic: stage 0/I OR = 0.76, 95% CI: 0.60, 0.96, p = .021; age 65+: OR 1.46, 95% CI 1.18, 1.80, p < .001; race = white: OR = 0.85, 95% CI 0.69,1.05, p = .138; HR positive: OR = 2.53, 95% CI 1.86, 3.45, p < .001]. Here, NR4A1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
