GPR176 and ovarian cancer: Reportedly, GPR176-related genes were shown to be involved in receptor-ligand interaction, RNA maturation, cell mobility and membrane structure in breast cancer (Yun et al. 2023), and to contribute to focal adhesion, ECM-receptor interaction, ribosome, oxidative phosphorylation, actin skeleton, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, gap junction and cell adhesion molecules in ovarian cancer (Yang et al. 2023).
