TP53 and acute myeloid leukemia: Although we did not observe the emergence of new CNAs during this short treatment, a spectacular decrease of the TP53-wt fraction from 46% to 18% in only seven days for sample AML-CAL012 (Fig. 5C) could indicate that the 7q and 12p deletions as well as the TP53 CNLOH played a role in this evolution.
