NEUROD4 and glioblastoma: At 7 dpi, compared to the GFP group, glioblastoma cells with forced expression of GFP+NeuroD4 showed a significant decrease in the number of EdU+ and Ki67+ cells (Fig. 3B–I), suggesting that NeuroD4-mediated neuronal reprogramming may induce cell cycle exit in U251 and KNS89 cells.
