Among the 91 DEGs found tobe involved in chromatin organization, kdm2b, ehmt1, hdac4, kmt2d, jmjd6, ctcf, setd5, suz12, btaf1, and bahd1 were all upregulated, whereas dnmt3ba and dnmt3b were downregulated, indicating transgenerationalalteration of epigenetic genes associated with PCOS phenotype in theovary of BPA lineage. This evidence concerns the gene SETD5 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
