KHSRP and hereditary clear cell renal cell carcinoma: In addition, we further observed that upregulation of NEDD4L and inhibition of invasion caused by KSRP-KD could be significantly reversed by co-depletion of NEDD4L in both ccRCC (Caki-1 and 786-O) and pRCC (ACHN) cells (Fig. 3C, D; Additional file 1: Fig. S6A, B), suggesting that suppression of NEDD4L is critical for KSRP-induced invasiveness of renal cell carcinoma cells.
