Herein, we did observe the decrease of pri-miR-629-5p (Additional file 1: Fig. S13B) and increase of mature miR-629-5p (Fig. 5C; Additional file 1: Fig. S13A) in ccRCC cells overexpressing KSRP, suggesting KSRP can promote the biogenesis of matured miR-629-5p in ccRCC. Here, KHSRP is linked to nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
