GNA11 and uveal melanoma: Darovasertib (3-Amino-N-[3-(amino-4-methylpiperdin-1-yl)pyridine-2-yl]-6-[3-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine-2-yl]pyrazine-2-carboxamide; also known as LXS196, as shown in Figure 5), a novel PKC inhibitor that targets uveal melanoma with GNAQ and GNA11 mutations, has been evaluated in a Phase I clinical trial and is currently being evaluated in a Phase I/II trial (Wei et al., 2022).
