The results demonstrated that, compared with the good prognosis group, age, proportion of patients with a history of arrhythmia, HR, proportion of moderate disease severity and CK, Mb and hs-cTnI levels in the poor prognosis group were significantly higher (Table 3; p < 0.05), and the vaccination proportion was significantly lower compared with the good prognosis group (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene TNNI3 and cardiac arrhythmia.
