The results demonstrated that obesity (BMI ≥24 kg/m2), high HR (>100/min), moderate disease severity, increased CK-MB and hs-cTnI were independent risk factors for arrhythmia in infected patients (p < 0.05), while elevated hs-CRP was a protective factor (Table 2; p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene TNNI3 and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
