Our study found that CHAF1A was involved in the expression of a variety of genes related to cell proliferation and apoptosis (Caspase-3, Bcl-2), which are downstream molecules of JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway, indicating that CHAF1A may affect epithelial ovarian cancer cells through JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway. The gene discussed is JAK2; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
