To further investigate the relationship between dairy and red wine consumption and cognitive dysfunction, we analyzed data from a sub-cohort of 12,661 UK Biobank participants and examined the associations between red wine/dairy intake and the connectivity of seven specific cognitive- and emotional-processes-related neural networks, considering various AD risk factors of APOE4 and TOMM40 genotypes and AD family history. Here, APOE is linked to Alzheimer disease.
