The mRNA expression of EFNA2 was upregulated in most cancer types including lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, breast invasive carcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, gastric carcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, bladder urothelial carcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma, skin cutaneous melanoma, acute myeloid leukemia, and others [45,46]. This evidence concerns the gene EFNA2 and prostate adenocarcinoma.
