The cell viability of NHL (non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma) cell lines decreased with increasing concentrations of napabucasin, ranging from 0.001 to 2.0 μM for 48 h and 72 h, and, in DLBCL (diffuse large B-cell lymphoma) cells treated with napabucasin, the expression of cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved PARP significantly elevated in a concentration-dependent manner [10,11]. The gene discussed is CASP3; the disease is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
