According to the results of our molecular docking and transcriptome analysis, we have discovered that curcumin not only acts as a dual inhibitor of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR and RAF/MEK/ERK pathways in breast cancer cell lines, but it can also function as an inhibitor of multiple RTKs to deactivate downstream signaling pathways. This evidence concerns the gene MAP2K7 and breast carcinoma.
