IL10 and cancer: The goal of this study was to examine longitudinal relationships between circulating biomarkers of inflammation (i.e., IL-10, IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1Ra, TNFR1, TNFR2, and CRP) and objectively measured physical activity and sleep in individuals with gynecologic cancer during and after chemotherapy (i.e., patients) as compared to frequency age-matched individuals without cancer (i.e., controls), assessed contemporaneously.
