In a recent study conducted by Burgard et al. in 33 patients, 25 of which were responders to RLT, the post-therapeutic change in total PSMA-positive tumor volume (∆TLP) was inversely associated with uptake change (∆SUVmean) in salivary glands (r = −0.396, p = 0.023), with a non-significant analogous tendency in the liver (r = −0.300, p = 0.089). This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and neoplasm.
