Only one patient with non-squamous NSCLC in the ILD group (n = 1/14; 7%) had a targetable genetic mutation (KRAS G12C), presenting a lower prevalence than that in the non-ILD group (n = 41/214; 19%) but this was not statistically significant (p = 0.26). The gene discussed is KRAS; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
