In our study, we analyzed the impact of TP53 mutation on overall survival (Figure 1) using data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) for 12 major TCGA cancers: bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), low-grade glioma (LGG), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), sarcoma (SARC), stomach cancer (STAD), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and gastric neoplasm.
