As shown in Fig. 4F, in the TCGA and CGGA databases, the AUC values of ROC in predicting the one-year, three-year and five-year survival outcomes of glioma patients were all greater than 0.7 or close to 0.7, suggesting that high expression of HYAL2 can act as an indicator for predicting the survival outcome of glioma patients.
