The remaining genes, such as ACSBG2 [42], MOGAT2 [43], SREBF1 [44], PIK3R3 [45] and PLA2G10 [46], are involved in fatty acid metabolism; however, few studies have investigated their roles in the drug response to HNSCC chemotherapy. The gene discussed is MOGAT2; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
