Logistic regression analysis showed that Dukes stage, differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis, CEA, Alb, D-dimer, and positive expression of PLAC1 and Netrin-1 were the independent risk factors for liver metastasis of CRC (P < 0.05, Table 5), indicating that positive expression of PLAC1 and Netrin-1 and clinicopathological features jointly promoted the occurrence of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer. This evidence concerns the gene CEACAM5 and colorectal carcinoma.
