We further analyzed the genes involved in these pathways, including NFKB1, PTGS2, MAPK1, MAPK3, and TP53 (Figure 5), suggesting that PTGS2, NFKB1, MAPK1, MAPK3, and TP53 may be the key target genes for the new combination of vitexin and aspirin to enhance the efficacy of colorectal cancer.
