However, data from eight pairs of fresh GC samples and 42 pairs of fresh CRC samples showed that the expression of RNF146 mRNA was higher in GIC tissues than in adjacent noncancerous tissues (Figure 2B,C), suggesting that overexpression of RNF146 protein may be regulated at the post‐transcriptional level in GIC. This evidence concerns the gene RNF146 and colorectal carcinoma.
