Univariate analysis revealed that the following variables were significantly associated with mortality: decompensated cirrhosis, CP score, MELD score, total bilirubin, albumin, sodium, PT, IGF-1, and M2BPGi in all patients (Supplementary Table S1); PT, IGF-1, and M2BPGi in those with compensated cirrhosis (Supplementary Table S2); and CP score, MELD score, total bilirubin, albumin, IGF-1, and M2BPGi in those with decompensated cirrhosis (Supplementary Table S3). This evidence concerns the gene IGF1 and Cirrhosis.
